Proximity to the border
There is no beach access like it claims you have to walk to another hotel and pay for entry, that and the casino staff in particular not the hotel staff I found to be very unprofessional and they made me feel uncomfortable

Everything! Especially the warm hospitality - everyone was kind, helpful and generous . Breakfast is excellent. Proximity to border crossing (on foot) is super convenient. Room is spacious and bed is extremely comfortable.
WiFi in our room was a bit sporadic. (Hardly the most important thing on a vacation)

The room had no toiletries. Also very dated.
