Not your average hotel at all. More of a villa resort. Very personalized service and wonderful rooms.
The main pool was closed and this was quite disappointing.

I have stayed there before. The last time was about 10 years ago. Casa Cupola has seen better days. The facilities were a bit run down. The room needed a make over. Bed comforter had holes in it. Bathroom was a bit dingey. TV never worked although we didn't try after the first day. Was supposed to have an ocan view, but you had to look way to the left to see it. We were in a suite, room 301. Although I feel it was an adequate value, will probably stay elsewhere next time in PV.
