Acho importante avaliar, pois quando procurei o imóvel não tinha muitos comentários, mesmo assim fechamos e para a nossa surpresa foi tudo muito bom, a casa esta super bem cuidada, localização e o condômino ótimo, não precisamos sair dele para nada, recomendo a locação do barco que é oferecido, passeio foi sensacional, pena que no outro dia choveu e não conseguimos fazer, mas o Jonas da casa deu todo auxilio, com certeza voltaria

Alugamos a casa do Jonas de 5 a 14 de janeiro de 2017 e adoramos! Ele foi muito atencioso nos contactos iniciais, prestando todas as informações que pedimos. A casa é tal e qual aparece nas fotos, melhor até. Bem cuidada, charmosa e funcional, com uma linda vista. O condominio é muito bom e o restaurante em conta. Nosso neto de 8 anos adorou! O ponto alto foram os passeios na lancha do dono da casa, guiados pelo marinheiro Vitor que nos levou a praias paradisíacas. Viemos embora já planejando voltar...
