Nearer to the location I am heading which is Kuala Kedah
No lif as my room was located at the 2nd Floor whereby my husband whom has a knee problem has difficulty to climb the staircase

The location so strategic with the facilities around it, easy to find food, drink or others necessary. Overall okay for us.
The room okay, but can hear the voice from others room and little bit disturbing me. This hotel dont have lift, so quite difficult for citizens to stay there. The shower also not working well. The hot water didnt feel the hot.

Location is good. Easy to access. Near basic sundry shops like 7E & 2U mart. Parking is just right downstairs.
Basic amenities like shower cap & facial tissue are not made available. The shower only have fixed overhead shower, not the flexible shower hose. so not easy to take wuduk.

Friendly staffs. AC was very cold and satisfied with tha water pressure.
There was a power outage in the middle of the night for more than 30 minutes. Soundproofing is very bad and you could hear the traffic if your room is facing the main road. Parking can be hard to find during peak hours. The lighting of the bathroom is rather dim.
