Nicholas Seaview Apartments

This apartment was a nice surprise! we've booked at a last moment for a short sea vacation. The property is perfectly located within a very short stroll to an excellent beach. Other outstanding beaches are at a short driving distance too. Restaurants and a grocery shop are at a short walking distance too. Big supermarket is also easily approachable with a car. The apartment itself had everything necessary for a very comfortable stay, very clean and nicely designed. AC in both rooms were absolutely delightful! Full kitchenware and all kitchen appliances available allowed us to cook our own meals from time to time (due to our dietary requirements). The last but not the least is Maria's hospitality and responsiveness that provided recommendations and responded to each and every request we had. Perfect place for a marvelous vacation!

Too short vacation :)) Will come for longer next time

It was clean and pretty easy to maintain clean. Walk in shower - easy to wash the little kids. Helpful and nice host

Great apartment. Perfect location: 1 minute walk to both the beach and the center. Fully equipped - everything you need for life. View from the balcony to the sea. A wonderful hostess - extremely nice and helpful. It responds immediately and fulfills all wishes. Lovely Maria. Thank you.

The location is great, the view from the balcony is lovely. There are nice places to go close by.

In the living room there’s a home fragrance spray with terrible and strong smell that gave me headache. This smell didn’t go away even after several hours with all open windows. I told the host about it, and all would be more less ok… BUT then the host came to the property when I was moving out. She blocked my car in the driveway and started pressuring me to leave a good review! When I told her that I don’t like to be pressured like this, she just cancelled the booking. After the stay. This behaviour is unacceptable and crazy, I don’t recommend staying with such host.
