The room was in the middle of the city, which was amazing.
Please repair the water heater because it could not hold a steady temperature.

Location was very central and had good restaurants and bars nearby. The bed was comfortable.
There was a communal fridge to leave milk and a communal kettle to make tea or coffee. We were given clean towels after a couple of days.
The shower was very small, no holder for the shower head and the doors were precarious. The television worked randomly and was fixed very high up as the room was small and otherwise you could not walk round the bed. The fan didn't work. The drawers had belongings from previous occupants.
The room did not look like the pictures on Booking.com - it was quite dark and small. The ensuite toilet worked fine but the shower was poor.
