Romantic and cozy apartment located in the heart of the historic center of Ischia Ponte, suitable for large families, is about 70 square meters and is located on the 2nd floor of a historic building.
Our apartment, equipped with every comfort, is composed of a living room with a panoramic balcony, a loft with 2 single beds, a fully equipped kitchen, 1 double bedroom with a balcony, 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds, 1 bathroom with shower, 1 small bathroom. service with sink and toilet, washing machine.
The apartment is a few steps from the sea (about 50 meters) and near the famous Aragonese Castle; in the immediate vicinity there are typical restaurants, bars, shops and small minimarkets.

Spotlessly clean in a terrific location! Managed attentively by Thomas and Lina. The pictures are very accurate. We had a very comfortable stay.

Loved this neighborhood apartment! It’s within a couple blocks of the castle and water, restaurants, and market. If you want to go further in to town for a ferry ride or to rent a scooter (I highly recommend the scooter) bus number 7 is available steps from the house. It’s a lovely jumping off spot for your stay in Ischia. Thomas and his family are lovely people and are just a text away.

Pleasant apartment in the Ischia Ponte area. Thomas was easy to contact and very accommodating. The kitchen is well equipped and the AC works very well. Beds comfortable. Apartment is easily serviced by the 7 bus and very close to the Aragonese Castle. Only suggestions for Thomas - get new towels - the ones you gave us were like sandpaper - fix the shower head, and show a photo of where to put the trash - it was never clear to us.

Everything was wonderful especially Thomas and his family. They helped us through some rough times and made our experience here a pure joy. I plan to come back again as thie apartment is so comfy the location is perfect and I have fallen in love with Ischia. Thank you for the wonderful experience Thomas we couldn't be happier. You are a wonderful person
