10 / 10Outstanding·Apr 2026
My stay at this hotel was exceptional in every way. I loved the convenient location, the delicious food, the friendly staff, the comfortable room, and the relaxing spa. The breakfast stood out as the best I enjoyed during my 17 days in Chile and Argentina, and even their packed lunch was remarkable.
I want to especially thank Florencia at the reception desk for her helpfulness and thoughtful advice—she truly made my stay unforgettable.

El hotel es muy lindo y no le falta nada, todos muy serviciales y profesionales. El desayuno y el restaurant son excelentes. Y este ultimo con precios logicos. Un plus la pileta cubierta y el servicio de room service sin cargo luego del día de trekking. Esperemos volver!. Graciass

Chalten is a town of hostels to places you parents would stay. Don get me wrong the hotel was clean, staff was nice enough but the among you pay per night doesn’t justify the faculties. The bar has no soul, the pool/spa feels like an old sweaty community center. They don’t even allow a drinks in the hot tub. That’s criminal! Breakfast is basic but the pastries were come of the best hotel versions we have had. Overall nice stay but may be worth checking out cheaper options because I am still trying to find the means that justify the high cost.

The hotel is very close to the trailheads, which is convenient after long hikes. The overall facilities are pretty decent with good breakfast and amenities. The custom service of one particular receptionist can be better improved with more smiles and understanding of guests’ need, rather than simply saying no to all requests.
