Absolutely lovely, would definitely recommend

We stayed for a new year celebration and it was wonderful, we were given transport to and from The Falcon for dinner, it was organised beautifully. We were made to feel like friends and our dog was treated just as well.

The window in our room (8) did not fully close, it looked as though the wooden frame needed some attention or repair. Therefore there was a terrible draft coming through on that side of the room and the room was freezing when we arrived. We had to ask for another blanket.

The only drawback for me would be the size of the size of the shower in the small king room. It was very small and hard to move around in.

Very cosy and homely. Immaculately clean. Beautiful location. Friendly staff. Enjoyed seeing the donkeys, goats, chickens and pig. Great selection of teas, coffee and nice biscuits, also bottles of water in room. Handy restaurant and bar on site. Tasty breakfast.

Being in room 4 above the kitchen, noise from the extractor fan, restaurant closing at 8 left us unable to book for food unless we ate really early without any alternative (bar snacks)

Great property in a stunning location and worth trying a meal while you are there as well!!

Second stay at The Grainary and will return again for any events we attend In Scarborough. This time the event was cancelled at short notice but still decided to go just for a night away. Location is simply stunning and rooms are superb for the price - decided to have a meal in restaurant rather than go out in to town and wasn't disappointed!! The food was absolutely top notch and superb value for money. Can't fault the place at all.

- Good breakfasts. - Good views - room well equipped and very clean.

- Room needed soundproofing as could hear every word/singing of child in next room whilst they where in the bathroom. - need to mark out parking spaces as could easily get blocked in by bad parking.

Exceptional accommodation and super efficient and friendly staff. Great location and plenty of parking. One of the best places we have stayed at.

Kept having to ask for extra shower gel etc. as these seemed to be rationed. A minor inconvenience for us but also a distraction for the already busy restaurant staff.

We loved it!

The Grainary was spotless, beautiful rooms with a lovely view. The breakfast was really good we all had different & we all really enjoyed what we had. So nice to look around the farm too. The rooms were so clean & beautifully decorated. We took my parents who absolutely loved it & have booked again already we enjoyed it so much. Also the owners were so friendly & welcoming encouraging us to look around & see the animals. Can't wait to return!
