About this house rental
Brand new and comfortable single villa, located on the first floor, with a beautiful view of the Gulf of Olbia-Pittulongu and in front of the island of Tavolara. The villa of 88 square meters is composed of a large living room with large windows overlooking the sea, kitchenette with kitchen with oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher 8 covered, 2 bedrooms adaptable according to the needs (2 double or 1 double and one with 2 single beds or 2 bedrooms with two single beds), bathroom with shower, washing machine, Daikin climate in all rooms, 2 sea view veranda of 19 sqm, reserved parking space, large garden, 80 meters from a small bay where you can swim and dive from the pier and 300 meters from the beautiful beaches of Mare Rocce, the Pellicano and Bados that can be reached easily on foot. The Wi-Fi service is available from 1 April to 31 October at a cost of € 15 per week.

Liked this property. Very good location in Pittulongo, walking distance to beach, very nice view from terrace and very clean. Gianfranco is a very friendly host. Would come back if we stay in same area.

Sehr netter Vermieter, Pittulugo ist in der Nachsaison (Oktober) ruhig, es hat nicht mehr viel auf, dafür gibt es im
nahen Olbia alles.
Schöner Strand fußläufig, im Oktober keine Bewirtung mehr.
Die Wohnung im OG ist sehr ruhig gelegen aber etwas hellhörig. Die Terassen mit Blick aufs nahe Meer sind
echt Klasse. Wlan gegen Entgelt funktioniert prima.....

The place is even better than shown on the pictures. A large private terrace and in addition another smaller balcony will provide sun all day.
Gianfranco is a very nice host - helping out on any question.

The sea is at the end of the road, but better beaches with facilities can be accessed on foot along the coast path and quieter coves as well as more famous beaches on the Aranci Gulf can be reached within a few minutes drive. The flat is well layed-out with a big terrace with sea view and a spacious living area. Well equipped, clean and comfortable, the flat was a joy to stay in. Gianfranco and his wife were most welcoming and attentive to our needs throughout our stay, indicating useful addresses like the baker's, good restaurants and things to do in the area. An address we'll no doubt return to again!
