disappointing.

The bedroom was clean.

the room had only a small window overlooking a dark courtyard. The room was dark, sad looking and very small.It was not comfortable and not worth £135.

A comfortable hotel in a great location.

The room was very clean and the bed very comfortable. Like most European city centre hotels the rooms were relatively small but that didn't detract from them our enjoyment. The shower in particular was excellent.

The location is great,close to Metro stations,cafes/restaurants and supermarkets. The room was clean,the bed was comfy,the bathroom was new(refurbished).

The size of the room is very small,there is no space at all to move around,if you plan to spend a lot of time in your its definitely not suggested.

Good place close to jardiniere des Plantes in the 5th arrondissement

Little single room, but the space is very well organised. Very good shower and bed wider than a normal twin bed. Bed comfortable, nice lights and nice view. The room was also quiet.

Amazing staff and amazing hotel

Property was in a great location , close to metros and shops. The rooms were extremely clean and modern, this hotel is great value for money. Staff were so helpful, amazing English and gave us great recommendations for food l . Will definitely be back.

It’s where I like to be in Paris. Pere Lachaise was like a second home to me in the 90’s and I love coming back here. The hotel is small, but welcoming, clean and the staff are always friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is close to public transport and within walking distance of Bastille and other places I love to visit when I’m back.

The main room was spacious, it was great to have a small desk. The bed was also quite comfortable. Check-in process went very smoothly.

Great value for money.

I loved staying here! I come to Paris often and look for a hotel close to Gare de Lyon and this one popped up in Booking. The location is really great, the 11th arr. is a fab mix of residential, great restaurants and cafés and cute shops. The rooms were not as tiny as many comments said (they obviously didn't know how small Paris rooms can be!), I had heaps of space (standard single room with queen size bed and more than enough space to move around and the bathroom was fine too) and it was spotless. I appreciated the kettle and coffee/tea in the room. The value for money was good, I would come back. My room was just opposite a bar on the other side of the road but it was all quiet by 11-ish and I didn't even need ear plugs.

The mattress was a little on the soft side, not the best bed I've slept in.

Very small rooms, super staff, parking an absolute disaster.

The friendliness of the staff and the clean though small rooms.

The parking situation is a catastrophe and I ruined my car coming out. It‘s 2 floors underground and the winding way down is just about 2 metres wide, perfect for a motorcycle. On top of that, it is very dimly lit so that you can hardly see your hand in front of your face, let alone get out safely. Do not bring a car if you want to stay at this hotel!

Will be back for a short stay because of super location

Location is perfect - spitting distance from many cool brasseries, cafes, Boulangeries and subway stations. Bus 69 will bring you to Louvre and Orsay museum. Almost all tourist attractions are easily accessible within 30 minutes. Everything around the hotel felt safe and friendly. Wine bar just 10 steps away from entrance made me feel like home, bakery few steps down the street opens at 6.00 and serves cappuccino + croissant for 3.30 and has tables. Clean. Good bed linen and towels. Bathroom equipment is much better and cleaner than expected. Friendly staff. Even though the reception area is small you can leave your luggage here before the check-in Rooms have access to the tiny French balcony which was adorable.

As always in cheap hotels - thin walls and doors, you can hear all the activities in other rooms and hall.

The table provided ample room for me to work nad I enjoyed the coffee & tea. The bathroom was clean. Overall it was a perfect place for a short stay.

Very well located, full of facilities, friendly staff and very silent. Near to plenty of restaurants and public transport. Road with 30 Km/h limit. Beds are very comfortable. Surrounding area is very Parisienne.

The location is good. Nearest metro is a five minute walk.

The lady from the reception, who welcomed us, was smoking so the whole ground floor smelled like cigarettes. The elevator is super small. The rooms are outdated. We didn't have a proper way to hang our wet bad towels, since a lot of the facilities in the room were broken.. conclusion: this is super basic hotel.

Staff was friendly. Good location to visit Pere Lachaise Cemetary.

Excellent value gor money

Very, very comfortable bed, powerfilul shower Excellent restaurant over the the road, Diggity Restaurant. Kettle in Room Very friendly helpful staff. NeR 2 Metro Stations. Large Market nearby on Thursdays ( don't know about other days) Other Restauramta and Supermarkets nearby. Gare du Nord 40 minute walk if feeling energetic, Louvre 40 minute walk. Moulin Rouge 9 minute walk to Metto, 15 minute on Metro.
