Very kid-friendly hotel, staff and the location are exceptional! Fotini runs a tight ship and is very warm, understanding and accommodating, Xrista was also very helpful and friendly: kept our luggage before and after check-in/out and arranged our move-in early.
The location is 70 meters from the beach, a few restaurants (Mambo is head and shoulders above the rest) and walking distance to the Main Street.
Breakfast and dinner buffet: our reservation had a complimentary breakfast buffet, otherwise I wouldn’t have purchased: trivial, bland and repetitive.
There are no laundry facility and the one public laundromat Xrista recommended was never available- considerable inconvenience when traveling with kids. I had to do 3 sink-loads by hand and dry on the balcony, but not a deal- breaker.

clean, spacious rooms and close to beach, restaurants and bars
Somedays the pools were filled with lots of kids who’s parents worked at the resort and they would mess around alot and shout

Great staff, excellent room (we had the best room in the house, the penthouse with the private pool), amazing views of the beach.
They could variate the breakfast n dinner menu a bit, it's the same every day.
