The staff were fantastic and very friendly, and the swimming pools were overall excellent. Breakfast was very good, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the hotel itself has a pleasant atmosphere.
Several aspects did not feel worthy of a 5-star hotel: poor accessibility for strollers/wheelchairs, old mattresses and an outdated TV, weak Wi-Fi coverage, and no assistance with our luggage upon arrival. The loud wedding directly below our room until midnight was particularly disappointing, as our baby could not sleep and the hotel offered no room change, compensation, or even an apology from the manager.

Location is good, swimming pools area was lovely, staff relatively friendly for the standard. Free magazines in the reception area. Some okay art work as well. My daughter liked the flowers at the entrance area comparing it to the Beauty and Beast rose
I think a bit pricey for what it offers especially if you’re not using the pools. Room was spacious but nothing special. Breakfast was ok, coffee during breakfast absolutely horrendous.

Amazing food at the restaurant, breakfast was very good, dinmer was a feast. The waiters at dinner were very friendly and attentive. Very green sorrounding, right next to the park and the beach.
I contacted the property via booking.com message to inquire about the recent flooding, their answer four days later “Phone…” apparently they dont expect to have international tourists.
