The hotel is high up and has the most amazing views overlooking the sea . The staff were fantastic they couldn’t do enough for us, so attentive.
I felt the property lacked maintenance, leaves in the swimming pool, general sweeping 2 out of the 3 lifts going down to the lower level were out of order.

The view was incredible and a very unique placement high up that really is special.
For a five star hotel, it was hugely disappointing not to have tea and coffee facilities in the sea view bungalow room. For a hotel of this rating, this should be changed right away.

This property is in an excellent location. Beautiful sunset views. The infinity pool was clean with a great view of the harbor. Room was spacious and clean. The staffing was sparse but they were very helpful and accommodating with what they are given. Given the fact that the rooms/villas were not full, it was very peaceful.
Everything was old and distressed. I gave them an overall rating of fair because the property is so distressed and old but we enjoyed the peace and quiet. I feel bad for the staff who are faced with the many questions one has when they wander around.
