The rooms and beds are great, very spacious. Location is good. Clean rooms. Breakfast is excellent, we loved the vibe of having breakfast in our room.

Premium hotel with lots of attention to details Innovative well thought out solutions - e.g. absence of common buffet breakfast area = deliver breakfast to room instead Super amazing and lovely staff (Marina got us last minute flexi tickets to the Lindt museum! Lovely apartment, though some staff rude. No air conditioning, no hot water on one morning.

Stunning apartments overlooking the river. Clean, comfortable, convenient.

One of the staff members was very rude. No hot water one morning. This hotel does not have AC despite what it says. You have to pay extra to use the stove which is not clear on the booking sites.

A pleasant stay with a room for improvement

We recently spent a week at Ema Hotel Suites and found our stay to be largely enjoyable. The property is conveniently located with excellent connectivity—trams stop directly outside the hotel, making travel across Zurich seamless. Our suite offered a lovely dual view of the river and cityscape, which added to the overall charm of the accommodation. The breakfast service was a highlight, featuring a generous spread with a variety of options that catered well to different preferences.

The suite included a kitchenette, its use required an additional fee, which was not clearly communicated at the time of booking. Similarly, access to basic cutlery was restricted, upon inquiry, the front desk informed us that cutlery is made available only upon request—a policy that felt rather unusual for a suite-style accommodation.

Great Hotel for big families

The hotel is best hotel in Zurich if u have big family. They have very big 2 Bedroom apartment. With all what u need. The breakfast in our room is fantastic with many options of bread and hot drinks and athors. Really I will book again if I will visit Zurich

Everything is good and fantastic. But need more AC cooler. Not all the rooms is cold will AC is running. Need to improve this part. Specially if u visit Zurich in summer with heat wave. But in general I like the experience staying in EMA House hotel

Beautiful hotel apartment in the heart of Zurich

It was amazing. So clean so nicely decorated beautiful aesthetic. Fresh. Great location. Lovely breakfast spread. The amenities all included were great. Everything was ready for us and the extra bed made upon arrival.

Plz make sure you clarify the age of your children before you go as that impacts the rate. I had to pay a bit extra upon arrival. But apart from that the property itself I have nothing bad to say! Perhaps they can consider adding Netflix to the Tv.

The perfect place to sleep off jet-lag and get settled in to international travel.

We stayed here to start our trip and it was the perfect way to rest up after a long day of travel with kids. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were clean. The staff was helpful and I would highly recommend this for anyone traveling with children!

Bad experience and felt not welcome!

Staff was unprofessional at all! First, i booked for 4 adults 2 bedroom executive suite that accommodate 5 adults. We were 3 adults and two kids (6 and 11 year old), staff told us that was not acceptable although we didnot ask for extra bed. I showed her what was written in booking (kids are welcome from all ages and consider adults when they are over 17) and she said they can stay but not for free! I didn’t ask for free!! I paid for 4 adults! Finally, after talking to her colleague she agreed to give us the suite. Second, i gave my credit card in check in and said that all payment must be in this card, then my brother went to ask for bottle of water and she asked for credit card, then she charged him for 35 franc (7 franc for water and 28 city tax) And when i talked to her she said they did that by mistake! It took her up to 30 min to refund him and recollect it from my card! The staff need to be trained to deal with family and credit card!

Very nice high end hotel

Front staff: Very friendly and hospitable. Physical plant: Clean. Secure. Spacious. Good amenities with microwave, washer, dishwasher, nice kitchenette. Beds were very comfortable. Optional Breakfast was very filling and delicious!

The shower design is flawed. Water spills out into the main bathroom floor. We had a pool of water covering a fourth of the floor. It needs better drainage or a barrier to prevent spillage. We were able to line the floor with rolled up towels to prevent spillage.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was generous. The view was beautiful. The room was spacious and clean. The parking was underground for 28 franks/ day.

It is a bit far from the center. Takes around 10-15 minutes walking. There is a tram station that can take you everywhere . Ticket price was 8.50 franks / 24 hrs. The hotel can provide you with the ticket as well. At the checkout , make sure you double check the bill because there might be additional charges of things that shouldn’t be charged on you.

The apartments are big and new, very well-kept, with a big bathroom. We also liked the location with great views over the river and uetliberg, while being a short walk into the city center

Being charged extra CHF25/day to use the kitchen - it’s a good kitchen which we used almost every day, but ideally this is included especially for the 1 bedroom apartments
