Perfectly convenient location and big beautiful property. Great restaurant with a big variety of tasty food. Very friendly and efficient staff, quick response.
Rooms don’t come with any complimentary water, we were so thirsty when we got into our room and found out we had to buy the overpriced mini bottles from the mini fridge. Hotel room phones don’t have any directory on it, we were told a wrong number to call for reception. Staff working night shifts don’t really speak any English.

The breakfast and dinner
We had to move rooms as the television and wifi were not working

Excellent location, good facilities, excellent staff.
Nothing I could think of
6 / 10Average·Nov 2025
Location and setting, reception
Reception toilet - horrible smell, plastic curtains in the room, bad smell in the room, kids playground has dangerous sharp spots, kids club has nothing for 3-7 kids apart from video games, no shower before the airport option
