This beautiful villa is located on a fenced plot of 1600m2 with a garden of palm trees, oleanders, variety of plants and green area. The swimming pool is 8x4m with an outdoor shower and total privacy.The property consists of a living-dining room with TV/SAT, Wifi, electric heating and fireplace for winter. It has an exit to the covered terrace with barbecue with direct access to the pool. The kitchen is fully equipped with ceramic hob, oven, coffee maker, fridge with freezer, etc.It has a double bedroom and a bedroom with two single beds. One bathroom with shower and another with bathtub.The distance to the sea and the centre of Denia is 4km, supermarkets are 3km away, as well as bars/restaurants 2km away. Pets upon prior consultation.Heating consumption (Gas, Oil or Pellets) is not included. In long-stay rates, electricity and heating (Gas, Oil or Pellets) are not included, nor wifi, sheets or towels. The price of services will be according to the agency's conditions.

La casa nos ha encantado. La zona de jardín, piscina y barbacoa perfecta. La casa muy acogedora. El salón con ventanal muy agradable. Cocina muy bien equipada. Zona para comer con sombra y velador para evitar avispas. Vistas inmejorables al montgó. Hemos pasado una semana genial. Para repetir. Esos sí, si hace calor falta AA.
Aire Acondicionado en habitaciones. No funciona luz piscina. Nevera fastidiada. Wifi a veces falla cobertura.
