About this apartment rental
Condo E-4 is an incredible "beach-themed" two bedroom, two bathroom, 1130 square foot, 4th floor condo, with a stunning, east facing view of the Atlantic ocean. Well appointed and updated with granite countertops in the kitchen and both bathrooms, energy efficient/environmentally sensitive windows and doors, plantation shutters, tile and laminate floors throughout. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you would want. Master bathroom offers a walk in shower. And for the Television watcher you have a 42" flat screen HD (high definition) TV in the living room and a 32" flat screen HD TV in each bedroom (with Blu-ray DVD player and Comcast cable, featuring FREE premium channels). FREE wireless internet (Wi-Fi) right in the condo: no need to go down to the lobby. The condo sleeps 6, with a king-size bed in the master bedroom and 2 double beds, in the second bedroom. Wake up to beautiful sunrises, with the soothing sound of waves lapping over the beach! Non-smoking and VERY 'kid friendly,' you'll want to stay longer than a week! E-4 comes with 2 assigned parking spots, beach access and the building has a security gate from the beach.

This is a great place for beach access but also so many ways to enjoy the ocean even if you don’t want to go out on the beach. We ate dinner in two nights bc of the table on the covered balcony. Like where else will you have an oceanside table with no waiting?! The balcony is private so you aren’t staring at or hearing neighbors. The group that manages it does take a little longer to respond but they did respond to each question and we didn’t have anything urgent. Very clean and open. As good if not better than the pictures. There’s not even a starter of shampoo/conditioner or hand soaps for the bathrooms so I didn’t find the condo well stocked like some of
The other reviews. Bring extra dish detergent if you want to wash dishes more than once. Bring beach towels as I didn’t see any. Maybe there were Beach chairs and equipment, but I didn’t see any of that either. I would just say don’t assume that this condo will have what you need as far as complementary supplies.
The guestroom Bed mattresses felt cheap and unsupportive. We had kids sleeping on them, so it wasn’t that big of an issue, but they complained that the beds were not comfortable.
The King bed in the main bedroom was a very comfortable bed. The views are worth bringing extra supplies and maybe extra padding for the guest beds. It was very quiet And convenient location. Service fees are too high so I wouldn’t return to this particular unit and pay the price again But if you have the money, this is a great unit.

Condo was NOT clean, I heard sand crunch under my feet as soon as I walked in...swept & found huge clump of long hair. Glass in Master Bath shower was NOT clean--big drips of something all over glass. Dropped my glasses and stooped to get them & found lots of dust bunnies under bed in Master Bedroom. Quite a bit of furniture needs updating, On dining chairs & balcony furniture the rattan is unravelling. Location of Amelia South was great, view from Balcony was fantastic!
