Staff very professional and helpful. Location is great with a great view over the lake. Trees and garden amazing bonus for kids / babies. Charging station for EV is convenient.

Mattresses are very soft. apparently across all the rooms. Mini fridge was not working properly: was not able to cool down items. No ramp to go down the lake / cycling, running path - a challenge for stroller or / and wheel chair. Coming out of the parking can be tricky as you have a blind corne: challenge to see cars coming from your left handsome: may be a flashing light to set up to warn traffic of exiting vehicles from the parking?

A beautiful hotel, absolutely stunning location, just perfect!

What a beautiful hotel! Stunning lake view from our room, the room itself was a good size, very clean and super comfortable. The staff at the hotel were so friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The access to the lake and the lakeside path was so easy and we enjoyed some lovely walks along the footpath. The indoor pool was amazing!

Underwhelming for a five star hotel

Nice location on the lake. Easy access to the lake. Outdoor terrace area, grounds and swimming pool.

Stunning hotel and we’d definitely stay again

Stunning views & decor. Location excellent right on the lake path and an easy walk in to Annecey. Room was very comfortable. All of the staff we encountered were thoroughly lovely.

Minor points only, as we loved our stay overall. Breakfast was quite pricey at 35 euro, but it was delicious and the setting is so beautiful. There was very little drink service around the pool, went inside and there was nobody at the bar either, took a while to get served. We spent approx 5 hours by the pool / on the grass and were only offered drinks once. Room service options of an evening extremely limited (on a Sunday night with a young baby we had hoped to enjoy this, but it was basically cheese platter or desserts only). Expect a reduced menu but not that limited.

What a location ! What amazing, friendly staff! What a view and lovely rooms. Can’t fault this hotel at all. The spa is wonderful and the restaurant is excellent too. Breakfast was included and was superb. Will be back again!!

Room wasn't as described (forest view) was actually a car park view . Curtains did not fit windows. Shower took ages to get warm. Also on the small side for a suite. Didn't enjoy the restaurant food.

The location was fantastic, simply stunning. The staff we're brilliant, super friendly and always on hand to help with anything that we needed.

A lake view would have been amazing, as our 'forest' view was a bit limited, but we didn't pay for a lake view so we can't complain about this.

An outstanding property with beautiful grounds against an enviable lake & mountain view:)

The location was amazing. The facilities were great! Our lake view suites exceeded expectations. The pool and lounging with beautiful backdrop was my favorite part definitely a place to completely relax. Loved the close proximity to Annecy. We took the train from Paris to Annecy. Black Bass is a 10 minute taxi ride and a 20 minute bike ride.

Breakfast & dinner on hotel property was very pricey. The dinner the first night was outstanding and made up for the cost. The steam room was not open and working in the spa area we tried to use the sauna and that was not turned on for use 2 days in a row when made mgmt aware we were told the sauna would be turned on within 10 minutes that didn't happen not a game changer but it was a disappointment considering it was a service provided alongside a beautiful indoor spa pool to not be able to experience both was a bummer.

Everyone on staff (front desk, room cleaners, restaurant waiters. Bar tender) was absolutely amazing. They were hospitable, friendly, and professional. The room was lovely, with tasteful decor and nice amenities. I ordered the full tasting menu in the restaurant and every dish was fantastic. I absolutely loved the flavor combinations. I tried two different cocktails over my stay, with Clement (the bartender) making me a drink of his choice each time. They were delicious! Rubin, my waiter, also gave me recommendations for local events that were helpful. Wonderful stay & I would love to come back in future.

Nice but not worth 5*

- Very nice location by the lake, approx 40 min by foot from Annecy - Indoor swimming pool is a big plus, esp. in the region - The hotel staff is nice - Room was spacious

- The room with "Forrest View" actually has a view on the parking lot. The windows are small thus the room is quite dark. - The bathroom is not comfortable : the shower has no door and soaks the entire bathroom floor. - Breakfast is way too simple, and overpriced for 29 euros - The housekeeper entered without knocking at 8.30am, 2 days in a row - The hotel is nice, but is much rather a 4* than a 5* : the experience is overpriced and not good value for money.

Nice little hotel in Annecy lake

We loved the location and the room was nicely designed and well equipped. The breakfast was small but nice.

The restaurant was closed on our stay (a Tuesday night), and we were not told about this until a day before our arrival- this was disappointing as this was one of the reasons I booked the hotel. It seems that it is closed usually on Mon-Tue and they just did not notify us. The room we got was spacious but the toilet and bathroom were beyond tiny- really uncomfortable (for a 5 star hotel!)

We had to wait until 5pm on the first day to get our room cleaned.
