The house (180m2) is provided with:
- 3 bedrooms (on 3 floors) with double beds
- 3 bathrooms with bath, bidet, wc and sink
- 1 large isolated living room with comfortable sofa bed for 2 people + PLASMA TV
- 1 fully equipped kitchen (combined microwave, dishwasher, fridge, small freezer, ceramic hob, extractor hood, Nespresso machine, dishes for 10 people)
- 2 terraces (one on the roof) with furniture: outdoor lounge + table and chairs
- A washing machine

- Private swimming pool completely refurbished
Included in the price :
- The cleaning which will be done before arrival and after departure
- Sheets (beds made on arrival), towels and beach towels
- Water and electricity

The house can accommodate 8 adults + baby (s), it is located opposite a supermarket and shopping center, the city center (many restaurants and shops: Zara, Mango, Bershka, tax free perfumeries) and the beach are located 10-15 minute walk.

Property is spacious , beautifully decorated and clean. The pool is a perfect size for cooling off and we sat around the pool in the evening rather than the upstairs terrace . So people understand as you enter the property you have the lounge area , kitchen and covered dinning area . On this floor is a bedroom and bathroom. Upstairs is another bedroom and bathroom and an additional area with a signal beds and exit to the upper terrace. This area has a table a two chairs . We didn’t use it as we preferred to sit in the pool area . Downstairs is a room with two double beds and another lovely bathroom. This area also leads to a large garage area with washing machine iron ironing board etc . Luigi and Emma were quick to respond to any messages.
Near by is a supermarket and places to eat . We chose to walk down to the beach and port area to eat around 20min walk nice and flat . This house would easily sleep 8 people if required . We had a late flight and due to no people coming in the next day we’re allowed to stay on until 3.30.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The area is really great with a shopping centre nearby along with bars and restaurants and the house is within easy walking distance but not so close it is noisy. We were a party of 4 but can easily take 6 and the amenities are good. Luti, the host is very helpful and nothing was too much trouble for her. The place is very clean and there is extras of pretty much everything. English tv was a definite plus and would be great to keep children entertained ( we just watched several movies). We didn’t use the pool as it was a bit chilly but made use of the terrace at the top of the house for sunny evenings. If you are looking for a great base camp to explore the area or just to hang out, I would definitely recommend.

Firstly... the owners are very welcoming and helpful and enabled us to relax and enjoy their home from start to finish. You won’t be disappointed .... we felt the villa was in a very good location, quiet and secure and a few minutes walk from the local supermarket, shops, restaurants etc. And the seafront is walking distance too. The villa is much more spacious than the photos depict. There are other villas around giving a local feel rather than a holiday resort atmosphere. Thank you Luti and Agustin for your kindness. Very much appreciated. We had a wonderful holiday in your lovely villa!

By all means an excellent experience!Lightning-speed arrangement: the owner managed to arrange the villa in several hours without prior booking.Best location, and I mean it, im not the first time in Corralejo. 1 minute walk to the trading center with supermarket, shops and very affordable yet great restaurants and cafes.This is indeed very spacious, completely renovated and fully equipped villa in the unbeatable location.If you are looking for a place to stay in Corralejo - look no more and grab it if you get the chance!
