The property is beautiful! The views are stunning. Everything was made better by the amazing staff. Maroula and Anastasia are wonderful and helped with everything.

Location was food. Breakfast was nice. Pool area was set up nicely.

Layout not functional. Small rooms with very little walking/free space around beds. No TV. Property manager was nice, but somewhat difficult to get a hold of during the written operating hours.

You can see the view of the surfers on the beach near by. All the food was made in house by the owners. It was gorgeous.

Nothing we loved it and ate there for breakfast for our entire stay. We even had a couple of evening meals

Pool was excellent. Staff were very friendly.

Too far from beach, old fashioned rooms. No remote control for TV, couldn’t get it to work.

Naxos is not very big so it was close enough to the good beaches and restaurants

We splurged on a booking at Kedros Villas for what was supposed to be a long honeymoon, but unfortunately left after just one night at our own expense because the conditions were unacceptable. For the price we paid (around $300 USD per night), we expected a clean, comfortable, and well-maintained property. Instead, what we found was very run-down and not at all like the online descriptions or photos. The shower in our suite was full of black mold. The breakfast offered slices of bologna and stale pastries, served in a space that resembled an abandoned cafeteria with peeling paint and plastic furniture. Much of the property was visibly crumbling, with an atmosphere that felt neglected and unsettling rather than welcoming. The nearly empty grounds only amplified the sense that this was not a functioning resort. After one night, we asked to check out and requested a partial refund for the remaining five nights. We felt this was a reasonable compromise given the serious issues and the price point. The manager refused and instead accused us of “blackmail,” which was both surprising and unfair. We then moved to a different hotel nearby in the same price range, where the quality and upkeep were on an entirely different level. When we returned briefly to return the beach towels we had borrowed, we found we had been locked out of our room without explanation. We also learned that the hotel even reported to Booking.com that we had never checked in, which was untrue and would have prevented us from leaving a review here if I had not specifically reached out to customer service to request that ability. We travel frequently and rarely leave negative reviews, but in this case, it’s important to share. Kedros Villas charged premium rates but delivered conditions that were unsafe, unsanitary, and far below expectations. There are far better options in the area for the same cost.

Everything was perfect! We got a whole, little, sweet villa with more than enough space, two balconies and a small housefront where the guests may also sit. It was clean, everything you need for your stay was there. Even the shampoo was good :) The breakfast was delicious! With a lot of variety, both sweet (excellent cakes) and savoury, freshly squeezed orange juice, etc. The staff was very thoughtful, but not pushy. They have given us sun umbrellas and there were also beach towels provided. 15 minutes by foot to the beach Agios Prokopios. By bus to the center of Chora (Naxos). I don´t say that very often, but I would stay there again. Maroula is doing a great job in managing the facility, with calmness and competence.

A True Gem in Naxos – Exceptional Stay at Kedros Villas From the moment we arrived at Kedros Villas, it was clear this is not just another accommodation — it’s a place where every detail is thoughtfully anticipated, and guests are truly cared for. The team is warm, attentive, and always one step ahead in making sure your stay is seamless and memorable. The location is perfect: ideally positioned to explore the island, combining accessibility with tranquility. Within minutes you can reach Naxos’ most famous beaches — Hagios Prokopios, Hagios Anna, and beyond — or set off to discover the island’s villages and landscapes. Despite being close to the (very quiet) airport, there is no noise disturbance at all, only peace and quiet. Our villa was incredibly spacious, ideal for families or groups, with plenty of room for everyone. A highlight was the private jacuzzi overlooking the bay toward Chora, where colourful windsurfers dot the horizon — a view you never tire of. The property is surrounded by beautiful natural scenery, and the pool area is a serene oasis. The landscaping is tastefully designed, with generous family sections for sunbathing and relaxing. The food is another standout. Breakfasts are plentiful and varied, offering fresh local produce and something for every taste. In the evenings, the on-site cook prepares delicious meals from local ingredients — the kind of food that makes you linger at the table. Everything is spotless, practical, and well thought through — clearly designed with the guest’s comfort in mind. The blend of attentive service, serene surroundings, and quality facilities makes Kedros Villas a true gem on Naxos. We left with wonderful memories and will definitely return.
