staff was exceptional, plenty of hot water to shower to warm your body in a cold room. Breakfast was decent. Close to Metro station but neighborhood questionable due to homelessness around the Metro station.
no heating. During my stay. It was 14C and rained. The room did not have heating, was humid and felt as cold as outside. Hotel provided a heavy blanket and plenty of hot water to warm your body up. Slept with a blanket and hoody over my head. Departure day the weather was nice and the room was OK.
