Direct rental to owner. Beautiful and cozy villa on the coast, at 1 minute walking from the beach in the residential area of La Fustera, between Calpe (2km) and Moraira (4km), with private pool, terrace and solarium. Living room with air conditioning, dining room, well-equipped kitchen, double room with air conditioning and bathroom en suite, 2 double rooms with air conditioning and a complete bathroom, covered terrace with access to a solarium on the upper terrace. Parking inside the plot with capacity for several vehicles and garden area with barbecue.
The comfort and closeness of the beach, supermarkets, places to go out, sports activities, entertainment areas and places to go shopping make this villa an ideal accommodation to spend your holidays.
In the summer seasons (from the end of until the end of August) the arrivals and departures will be on Saturday.

Tuvimos la oportunidad de estar en esta casa por 5 dias, todos los detalles cuidados al milímetro, limpieza perfecta, ubicación ideal tanto para ir a la Cala como para moverte por los municipios aledaños. La atención de Josefa de 10... por mi descuido no pedí expresamente la admisión de mi mascota y ella fue flexible a la hora de firmar el contrato y entenderlo. Sin duda regresaremos en algún momento.

Une propriétaire très accueillante aux petits soins des clients. Très bon emplacement ,la villa est décorée avec goût jusqu’au moindre détail . Nous y retournerons très certainement

Also, die Vermieter sind meiner Meinung nach ganz vernünftige, nette Leute.
Leider ist das Haus direkt an der Hauptstraße gelegen.
Ich habe das Haus gebucht, da es laut Beschreibung 100 m vom Sandstrand entfernt liegen soll.
Das stimmt leider gar nicht. Nicht einmal Luftlinie. Der Strand, die Bucht sind zu Fuß ca. 1,5 Km entfernt.
Leider kein Deutsche Fernsehprogramm.
Sonst war alles okay.
