About this apartment rental
Our lakefront Artist Studio Apartment is ideal for those who enjoy privacy in a beautiful setting. Spend your days working on the high speed internet poolside or on the private covered porch, and evenings sipping wine and watching the sun set over Lake Silver.
The studio is in a lovely quiet neighborhood just minutes from downtown Orlando. It's modern, a bit boho, and showcases the artists work. You will sleep well in the pillow-top queen bed and have lawn chairs and outdoor furniture at your disposal.
From your apartment, french doors provide direct access to a large covered porch, butterfly garden, lagoon swimming pool with a waterfall, and out to the natural beauty of Lake Silver. The lagoon pool spans the length of the home but is only used by our guests - so yes, it's essentially a "private" pool! Patio furniture is on the private porch and Adirondack chairs lakeside for your use. Lake Silver has plenty wildlife for the nature lovers eagles, hawks, herons, otters are plentiful.
You can walk to (or pick-up from) a myriad of boutiques and amazing restaurants easily. Public bikes and Uber are available. ALL types of people are welcome here!
The apartment has high speed internet access, separate HVAC unit, CO2 detector and a private self locking entrance. Essentials such as high quality linens, towels, beach towels, extra blankets and pillows hair dryer, sound/white noise machine, iron and cleaning products are provided. The kitchen has dishes, glasses, ,Keurig coffee maker, microwave and toaster oven and hot plate. Note, there is no oven or TV in the apartment....but who needs to do a lot of cooking or to watch anything not online - lol?!
College Park is an established neighborhood with large trees and friendly residents. Excellent shopping and dining are within walking distance. Very centrally located with easy access to I-4, the Florida Turnpike, Disney, Sea World and Universal. Many boutiques, delicious restaurants, wine bars and desert spots that you can walk to. Major highways convenient and UBER is available here!
There is absolutely NO smoking (of anything), or vaping allowed in the house or on the property. We are available to answer questions when we are home but just as happy to leave you to your private oasis.

If you’re looking for a convenient location on a quiet waterfront neighborhood, this is for you. Our host took the time to greet us and was very responsive to any of our questions and concerns. We enjoyed having a private access from our living space to the waterfront. Nice sitting area to enjoy the outdoors.Thank you for offering an excellent place to stay.

My husband and I were in town to visit our son. This studio apartment was just the perfect size so quaint and cozy. Loved all the artwork on the walls. The entrance to the apartment was private and we enjoyed morning walks in the neighborhood and felt very safe. The bed was really comfortable and the air conditioning worked great. We loved sitting out in the Adirondack chairs by the lake under the mossy oak trees. We had a wonderful stay and the view of the lake was so pretty. It was really hard to leave this place and we are so looking forward to staying here again. Julie

The property was exactly as advertised. It is nicely decorated with paintings etc. However the kitchen/dining area is tiny. Reheating takeout food was challenging due to the very small toaster oven and the lack of counter space. There was a small microwave. The dining chairs are tight to the walls on either side making it difficult for 2 people to sit. We had to remove an upright vacuum cleaner from the closet in the kitchen to hang our clothes. The bathroom was a good size. All the indoor areas were clean. The covered outdoor area was not clean and we had to scrub the table and put towels over the cushions before we could use it. The adirondack chairs by the lake also needing scrubbing. The yard has beautiful landscaping and the lake view is also beautiful but the pool looked neglected. It was a brown color and had a lot of plant debris floating in it. We were allowed to check in over half an hour early which we appreciated. It is a very quiet and pleasant location.
