Very homely, traditional with modern facilities. Very comfortable and spacious.

We had a fantastic stay at the chalet. Champoluc is an outstanding resort, quant yet full of quality - shops, restaurants, skiing. My favourite resort of the all the one's I've been to. Great chalet with everything we needed: a nice fire, good beds, well stocked kitchen etc and in a great location, stunning scenes of the mountains from the terrace with the bus stop a minutes walk away! Thank You!

Lo Rascard was very well suited to our needs, with good sized bedrooms, excellent bathrooms and showers and open plan kitchen dining living room. We made full use of the balcony with the weather good enough to eat their for all bar one evening of our stay, with its fantastic view across the valley. The alpine walking in the valley is top class, with the spectacular backdrop of the glaciers of Monte Rosa. Trails are well marked and in June were virtually empty when alpine fowers are at their peak. I'd have no hesitation recommending Lo Rascard for your summer hiking trip, and I'm sure it's great for skiing too.

Comfortable home. Well equipped and with stunning views. Lots of space. Bus very convenient for skiing and for getting to the village.

Arriving on a late afternoon in winter for a skiing holiday was easy and welcoming.....directions were great....the house is a wonderful combination of space, light and comfort. The house was warm, clean and had absolutely everything you could imagine to make you feel at home.

Beautiful traditional wooden rascard, just steps away from the ski bus, what more could you ask for. We had a gorgeous time skiing in the deep powder snow and glorious sunshine, eating at quaint lunch spots on the mountain, sampling the delights of the Aosta region. It really was a perfect week. Can't wait to come again. Thank you Stephens family.

Great start. House: Clean, uncluttered, comfy. Good equipment -- especially the coffee machine. Satellite TV worked well. Great view -- we loved sitting out on balcony for breakfast/ dinner. Area: Good walking in summer, and i suspect skiing in winter. Would recommend it to anyone who loves the mountains.

We have stayed here three times and had the most fantastic holidays all trips. We've been twice in the winter and once in the summer and already booked are next summer holiday! The house itself is perfectly situated just above Champoluc village, a beautiful relaxing location- but still close enough to stroll into the village where there are plenty of delicious restaurants and handy shops. Some of the highlights from our Winter holidays include: 1. Fantastic skiing, with an hourly bus door to door from the house to the ski lifts. 2. An amazing evening meal up the mountains, with a skidoo ride from the lift to restaurant. 3. New Year's fireworks from the house, overlooking multiple displays in many villages in the mountains. 4. Getting the wood fire on for a cozy night in. And Summer highlights: 1. Incredible scenery and walks particularly walking to Lago Bleu and Lago Perrin- STUNNING crystal clear glacial lakes 2. Delicious food 3. Relaxing on the terrace overlooking the waterfall. 4. Picking up local produce from the deli, greengrocers and butchers. I can not recommend this place highly enough- it really is beautiful.

The house is very comfortable , incredibly clean and in a great location. There is a free bus at the door step to the ski lift or 2 min drive . The children loved walking to Champoluc (8 min). Our favourite part of the house was the balcony as it had the sun most of the day and the view is breathtaking ! We are going back next year !

The weather was glorious and the views of the whole area unbeatable. We absolutely love being able to get out and about on holiday without relying on the car and the stunning off road walk down into the town for the shopping and restaurants (amazing local produce) and to start our walks (those which didn't start behind the house going up) was great. Our 10 year olds could also safely do the walk on their own for the breakfast croissants. There were plenty of activities for the non walking days and the house was extremely comfortable so we came home feeling completely revitalised and invigorated.

What a place to holiday with your family in the summmer. Great walking, mountain biking, climbing, ribbon lakes and Great food. Early morning down hill mountain biking, cable cars take you straight to the top for you to ride down also specialised routes for mountain bikes. And plenty of great rides to do with the kids The house is well equipped and spacious with great views over the valley and beyond. We will be back for another summer holiday.

We had a wonderful stay in Champoluc in February half term. The property is beautifully set on a hill overlooking the village with gorgeous views up and down the valley, and yet just a short stroll into the centre of the village. As the ski bus stops right outside it is really easy to get to and from the slopes. The property has so much character in the traditional style of the area and is spacious and comfortable inside. With the real fire, the living room is very cosy after a day skiing. There is plenty of room off the front door for drying skis and boots. This was a really authentic Italian experience in the delightful mountains of the Aosta Valley, and I'm sure we'll be back!

Very nice house

We stayed at this nice house for a week in late February and went skiing in Champoluc. We had to postpone due to covid and Lydia was very accommodating, all communication with her was very smooth and we very happy to receive her list of tips and recommendations. The house is nice, the kitchen well equipped and the balcony is a bonus on sunny days. We hadn’t realised how low the ceilings and doors were upstairs (where 3 of the 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom are located) so many heads were hit; if you’re a tall family like us, this might not be the place for you. The town is lively, many nice restaurants (make reservations!) and good shops. The skiing is wonderful, nice broad slopes, almost all red. Beware of the “slope with the goat” that you need to take in order to reach the next valley: it’s marked red but is fairly challenging for intermediate skiers.

Casa bellissima che permette di soggiornare a 8-10 persone senza perdere di comodità. Spazi grandi, casa super equipaggiata. Zona perfetta che permette di scendere a champoluc a piedi. Torneremo!

Abbiamo trascorso 6 giorni in questa casa da favola, molto spaziosa e comoda, arredata con cura e accessoriata di tutto. Un bellissimo terrazzo offre una spettacolare vista sulla vallata. Posizione molto panoramica e con un comodo sentiero di 500m si raggiunge in pochi minuti a piedi Champoluc. Esperienza superpositiva, che speriamo di poter ripetere, casa consigliatissima. Assistenza sul posto e a distanza con Lydia precisi e veloci.

Ho soggiornato la prima settimana di Luglio con le mie amiche e figli e siamo stati benissimo. Casa molto bella, spaziosa, ben organizzata, pulita, ottima posizione, centro Champoluc raggiungibile in pochi minuti a piedi oppure con servizio navetta gratuito! Tutto perfetto!

The House is great. Very clean and cosy at the same time. Perfect for the Big family or as we 2 families(7 persons). The beds are really comfortable with great duvets. Everything was very clean and the kitchen is very Well equiped. The contact with lydia has also been perfect. Thanks for a great stay

heel gezellige woning. het gezellige houtvuur in de living is top en extraatje. goed uitgeruste keuken . genoeg slaapkamers. alles was pico bello als enig minpuntje slechte bus verbinding ze komen wanneer ze goesting hebben denk ik. wij zijn dan maar met de auto gereden
