Villa Solis is the perfect home for guests seeking a modern-built luxury residence with quick direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. Situated close to the ever-popular Tarpon Point Marina in Cape Coral, from the custom-built kitchen to the sumptuous outdoor lounge living area with cable TV, everything in this custom-built home is luxurious and modern by design.
On stepping through the double-door entrance, you will be greeted with the very popular Great Room layout where living, dining, and the kitchen are combined to make one spacious main living area. Decorated in cool, modern beachy tones, the quality of this home is instantly apparent.
The kitchen has been finished with white wooden cabinets and designer granite worktops. Stainless steel appliances complete the kitchen fit for the most demanding of gourmet cooks. There is also a separate den that has been furnished as an extra TV viewing area.
The master suite is spacious and upscale in its appointments. It comes furnished with a sumptuous king-size bed, cable TV, and sliding doors to the pool area. The adjacent master bathroom completes the master area of the home. The master bath has a separate large walk-in shower, sunken bathtub, and designer his and her basin area.

On stepping out through the sliding glass doors, the pool/spa and deck area is oversized with plenty of space for lounging in the sunshine, alfresco dining, or sitting quietly in the shade reading a good book! The lanai area is so large it also comes complete with its own outdoor living area with cable TV so you can watch TV whilst enjoying the Florida sunshine. The home is also equipped with a large gas barbecue for outdoor dining and entertaining, which is very much the focus of this wonderful home. Stepping out from the screened pool deck area, there is also a private dock available for guests' use if you wish to hire a boat and explore the wonders of the Gulf of Mexico. This home has a great set-up and has been beautifully maintained. Very clean, good-size rooms, and has everything you need and more. Fishing from the dock and relaxing in the hot tub/pool were very relaxing. The outdoor screened-in area is huge and doubles the living space of the property. We were in town for travel baseball in Ft. Myers and it was an easy drive to the ball parks, to the beaches, fishing, dining, and shopping. There is a burrowing owl site in the neighborhood which made for fun viewing driving by, we caught a few fish from the dock, and saw a large green iguana, and several bird species. I highly recommend this property!

We loved staying at the house. It was super comfortable and the pool was wonderful. We rented a boat and we’re able to dock it right behind the house. It took about 30 minutes to take the boat from the house to open water.

The pool was pretty and the beds were comfortable. The master bathroom was unable to be used due to an ant infestation and a broken toilet seat in the master bathroom. A cockroach was also found in the master bathroom. More ants were all over the pool deck. Also something was leaking from the ceiling in the garage.
Pool lights didn’t work and the replacement lights didn’t have batteries so we had to purchase batteries for the lights those along with terro for the ant infestation. The house was nice but geez all the issues were frustrating.
