About this apartment rental
Located on the tip of Cap de Salou, known as one of the most beautiful sites on the Costa Dorada (or Daurada in Catalan), this beautiful 104 m² apartment can accommodate up to 8 people.
Quiet, functional and comfortable, it is composed of a living-dining room, a very well equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, two of which have cupboards, 1 bathroom with toilet and a shower room with toilet. Its large terrace enjoys an exceptional view, with a lounge area and a dining area.
In love with Catalonia, we have acquired this apartment and are taking the opportunity to spend an unforgettable family holiday there. We offer it for rent to those who, like us, would like to discover this beautiful place and its hinterland so rich in architecture, local traditions and gastronomy!
The terrace, the living room and all the bedrooms of the apartment have a panoramic view of the sea.
It is equipped with reversible air conditioning (hot or cold) which makes it comfortable every day of the year.
Although its layout is family-friendly, it is very functional. Accessible thanks to two spacious elevators, the apartment does not have specific equipment for the disabled, but it can nevertheless accommodate them as it happened. A maintenance company is responsible for preparing the accommodation for each change of tenant. A caretaker watches over the residence every day of the week.
A small mini-market "Supermercado Nuria" is a 7-minute walk away.
N.B. A major renovation is planned for soon, which explains why the terraces have not been repainted. But the railings have been secured.
Access to the beaches:
- LA COVA DE LLADRE: at the foot of the building and which can be seen from the terrace is the only pebble beach in Cap de Salou,
- CALA CRANC, a very pretty little cove in fine sand, with showers and a small beach restaurant can be reached on foot in less than 5 minutes on foot
- A little further away (5 minutes), the magnificent beach of La PINEDA: 3 kilometers of fine golden sand, its crystal clear and calm waters and its gentle slope to access the sea, making it an ideal beach to enjoy with the family.
- PORT AVENTURA, the largest theme park in southern Europe is 10 minutes away by car
Access to the apartment:
Its great ease of access is a significant point:
- by car, 10 km from the A7 motorway exit,
- by plane: Reus airport (low cost airlines) is 15 km away and Barcelona airport is 90 km away.
- Low-cost car rentals available at either airport.
- The apartment does not have a parking lot, but the extreme tip of Cape Town where the building is located, is classified as a "Protected Tourist Zone" and parking is free. Even in high season, you will always find something to park.
Exchanges with travellers
To avoid any stress due to unforeseen delays, especially during the summer period, and to allow you to arrive at a time that suits you (within the limits of the regulatory hours), the keys to the apartment are deposited in a secure box with a code located at the door of the apartment.
We can of course be reached at any time and by all available means (phone, text, email, etc.) if you encounter the slightest difficulty.
Other information to note:
It should also be noted that the rental price does not include bed linen (sheets and towels). You can rent them at a rate of €16/person. Please note that the company that takes care of the linen only provides sheets for 90x200 beds.
This company also offers a cleaning kit for rent at the price of €6 including a cloth, a sponge, a roll of Walter paper towels, a scouring sponge and a garbage bag.
This apartment is above all family-friendly and equipped with the necessary comfort for the well-being of all. We are in no way professionals. As such, it certainly has imperfections that with your help we strive to correct.
We would like to point out that we can no longer accommodate groups of young people, having unfortunately had too much damage and problems.
For your arrival, a soap and a roll of toilet paper are left in each bathroom.
Similarly, dish towels, sponges, garbage bags, potholders and some cleaning products are available in the kitchen.

The photo gives a realistic impression. The very large balcony comfortably seats six people at the table. The terrace is shaded from noon onwards, which will be fantastic during the hot weather.We stayed there in February and enjoyed breakfast on the terrace in the sun every morning.The apartment gives you the feeling of being in private space. You can tell that the hostess's family also uses it privately, as evidenced by the furnishings. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking. We cooked almost every evening and thoroughly enjoyed the wide selection of seafood available at the large supermarkets.We would love to come back.

It was a very nice and relaxing stay. This was due to the beautiful apartment and the wonderful view. Ms. Barrou is very helpful and accommodating when it comes to questions. All in all, always happy to come back :)

The apartment has a wonderful view of the Mediterranean from its terrace and every room. It is spacious, with plenty of room for two couples and kids - not that we had any! The kitchen has everything you need. It is nice to love in a well-used apartment. The owner is very helpful and responsive, and the concierge who is in every morning can help with any difficulties. Early in the year, when we were there, you can park right outside. This may be more challenging in the summer. You need the car to reach town and shops etc. The area is full of interest - much history but also amusement parks for those who like them, and of course the beaches. We loved our long walks by the sea. We also enjoyed the easy access to Barcelona (an hour and a half druve). We thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay for a long time (we were two months) or short.

Es un apartamento agradable con un buen balcón con linda vista. Está limpio y correctamente equipado.
Está en una zona apartada, es imprescindible moverse en auto.
Las toallas son muy malas, finas y chicas, las cobran por separado y no tienen toallas de piso.
Las camas dobles son dos camas individuales juntas y no tienen sábanas dobles.
Tampoco tienen caldera de ningún tipo para calentar agua.
