Do atendimento pelos funcionários de todos os setores do hotel, do café da manhã e da localização perfeita
Do fato de ter no meu andar uma família com um cachorro que não parava de chorar e arranhar a porta toda vez que a família saía. Um incomodo para quem estava ali para descansar. Entendo que seja um ambiente pet friendly, mas o animal ficava por horas nessa agonia durante períodos diferentes, a noite e de dia.

The location is excellent. Close to the university and main streets.
The hotel has everything to be very good, but things do not work properly well.
Fridge was off when we arrived (the guest has to "on" the facility on arrival)
The safe box does not work.
The leg of the table and chairs in the balcony were broken.
It was necessary change the batteries of the door locker.
