Расположение в шаговой доступности жд вокзал.
Пользование стиральной машиной за отдельную плату. В нашем номере не было телевизора, холодильника, посудомоечной машины, духовки и чайника как в описании. Кухня на первом этаже, мы жили на 3-м)). Просто комната с кроватями, душем и туалетом.
Шум проходящих поездов.
