Casa Belsiana is an elegant, bright and welcoming apartment located on the 4th floor of a small period building in the heart of the historic center of Rome, a few steps from Piazza di Spagna and the most famous shopping streets of the capital.
Renovated inside with high quality elements ranging from antique parquet throughout the house to the marble bathroom, the apartment has a large double bedroom, a comfortable bathroom with large shower, a fully equipped kitchenette and a double sofa bed.
The room is furnished with fine wood furniture, has a comfortable double bed with designer linens, air conditioning, LCD-TV and mosquito nets on the windows.
The classic style bathroom has a marble floor, a large shower box and a signed courtesy line.
In the living room there is a kitchenette equipped with appliances and high-level utensils to meet every need, a comfortable dining table for 4 people, two large windows overlooking Via Belsiana, a double sofa bed and an LCD-TV.
The house is equipped with every comfort from air conditioning in every room, heating with radiators, mosquito nets on the windows, wi-fi high-speed internet, washer-dryer and safe.

This property is in a great location, near all the shops, restaurants and easy access to Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountain, plus lots of great churches. A great find and a perfect spot for 2 people. There is no elevator so you will get your exercise every day but it's very manageable. Deborah was very helpful and easy to stay in contact with. It's a great apartment for 3 or 4 days ! Highly recommend.

I gave this stay as a gift to my son, who stayed for a wonderful three nights with his girlfriend. They absolutely loved their time in the apartment and everything went seamlessly!! Thank you!!

We loved the property and the decorating/decor. Deborah was awesome. It does stink not having an elevator, but that was well advertised in the listing. The only thing that surprised me was the six euro per person per night charge which I understand I think is pretty common in Rome, but I just don’t remember seeing it on the listing. Again, thank you so much for the wonderful accommodations. We really enjoyed all the little touches that made the stay pleasant.
