Twist and Shout Villa

We really enjoyed our stay at the villa. One of the biggest highlights was Komang, the chef and housekeeper. She was such a lovely lady and made the best mie goreng. I honestly regret not asking for her recipe because it was that good! She also made pancakes for my daughter every morning, which my daughter absolutely loved. The villa garden was absolutely gorgeous and such a beautiful place to sit and relax. We were even lucky enough to see two squirrels on separate occasions while sitting outside enjoying the garden, which made it feel even more special. The pool was not huge, but it was a good size, and the water was cold and refreshing, which was perfect in the Bali heat. (more sun on the pool would of been a little nice too) The bedrooms were lovely, modern, and clean, and the air conditioning worked really well in both rooms. The only downside was that there was no air conditioning in the lounge area, so it did get a little hot at night when we were watching TV. The villa is also a little bit out from things, so we did need to catch Gojeks everywhere, but they were affordable and easy to organise. Everyone seemed to know where the villa was, which made getting around simple. Overall, it was a really lovely property with a beautiful garden, comfortable rooms, and wonderful service from Komang.

There was not much we disliked about the villa overall. The main thing was that there was no air conditioning in the lounge area, so it could get quite hot at night when we were relaxing and watching TV. The villa is also a little bit out from the main areas, so we needed to use Gojek to get around most of the time. However, Gojeks were affordable and easy to organise, and drivers seemed to know where the villa was, so this was not a major issue for us.

Η απόλυτη ηρεμία και χαλάρωση!!!όσο κίνηση και πολυκοσμία έχει έξω τόσο γαλήνη και ησυχία στη βιλλα μας!!!

Ολα ήταν εξαιρετικά!!!κυρίως το προσωπικό ή Indah και η Komang που με χαμόγελο μας πρόσφεραν κάθε τι που χρειαζόμασταν!!!και εκεί για μας κι το 24 ωρο και σε κάθε μας ερώτηση!!!!

Apartment was clean, spacious

Both toilets need a renovation, they look worn out, water coming out is dirty. One sink not working at all, the other one has a drainage issue and the shower as well. Water pump keeps breaking so water outages happen too. The apartment manager sent a 'plumber' who only reset the pump which then failed again, leaving us with no water until tomorrow noon, when we decided to leave the apartment and find better ones.
