Immaculate condition with lots of room. The minibus was a huge plus which gave us access to more of Crete
The en-suite bedrooms were amazing and the pool area was spotless.

We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Amelia! Communication with the hosts was excellent from start to finish—so helpful and responsive. The villa itself was exceptional—beautifully maintained, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The added bonus was the mini van, which made exploring the area so easy. It was spotless and well stocked with everything we needed. Every detail was thought of, making our stay stress-free and memorable. Highly recommend!

A great addition would be a gas bbq on the roof top to enjoy the views and amazing
Sunset when cooking.

Firstly the host Stella is awesome, she really assisted with care and consideration in the lead-up and during the trip.
We were a group of 6 Adults, 3 kids (3-5 years) and a baby (1 year).
An amazing Villa, very comfortable, great amenities, and a lot of basics already provided which was a nice surprise.
Loved the Rooftop area where you could enjoy beautiful (incredible) sunsets and just escape. The Pool area is where the action is and we spent most of our days lazing around with the kids playing in the paddle pool. And the BBQ area was well used and enjoyed.
The Van was a fantastic bonus, making the deal well worth it. The drive into Chania's Old port was easy.
Contour Road very nearby for walks and jogging. The beach down the road also isn't too far away to walk or drive.
All-in-all a great stay and would recommend Holiways Villa Properties - can't wait to come back to Crete!
