The location was excellent! Just a short walk to everything and the beach. And it was very clean and quiet!

It was inexpensive.
Steep stairs to bring bags up to the room. Neighborhood is very run down. View out of the front window was of a broken down car and a yard with trash in it. Towels were very thin and rough.
