that it was secure and clean.
that you could not leave a credit card as a line of credit. left $1,000 to cover food and drinks.
the next day I went to get breakfast and they wouldn’t even take my order to start while I went to put more money in the tab. So when I came back with another tab of $2,000 pesos. then they took my order, by then there was 6 people ahead of me and I had to wait 40 minutes for breakfast.

Right on the beach, nice pool
Restaurant and bar closed extremely early 3-4pm. Not geared towards people who don't want to cook. Location, while beautiful, is very far from the malecon (25 mins).

The Condominium was very nice and it was easy to find and get the keys.

Gated community, excellent location, very clean, restaurant on site, great communication with owner.
Noise of running dog and furniture being moved late at night coming from the apartment above.
