Super friendly hosts. Great location!
The kitchen is not really satisfactory equipped. I had an open discussion about this challenge with the owner John.
The washing machine that was supposed to be included did not exist.

Перфектно място в сърцето на града! В стабилна сграда, на метри от най- търговските улици. Изключително чист апартамент. Мебели закупени наскоро, удобни легла, оборудвана кухня. Впечатлена съм от арт атмосферата в стаите, картините на стените придават особен колорит, направени са специално за тези стаи, и показва специално отношение .Всичко е направено с вкус , съдействат за приятния престой и спокойна почивка. Има смарт ТВ, много добър интернет, винаги топла вода, достатъчно препарати за хигиена на помещенията. Платеният паркинг е на 3 минути пеш от апартамента. Особена и главна заслуга за приятния ни престой има домакинът ни, господин Джон, отзивчив , приятелски настроен, винаги готов да помогне. Изключителен човек, винаги усмихнат, компетентен и отговорен . Благодарим от сърце за неговото отношение и подкрепа! Със сигурност ще бъдем отново гости на това прекрасно място!

We stayed many times on Tobacco Warehouse Apartments and loved there on our every stay. John is very kind, social and helpful person and he always try to do best himself for helping to his guests.
He just renewed his apartment and every furniture looks brand new after renovation. We love so much Kavala and we are enjoying staying with John's apartment :)

There are two air conditioners in the apartment. There’s the elevator.
We agreed in advance to check-in at 13, but the apartment was not cleaned. We entered only after 2 hours. The owner promised to treat us coffee while we wait, but then forgot about it.
Please to add tea, coffee, salt and pepper in the kitchen. The bed is very cheapest. Change your mattress on the bed- back still hurts. Big issue with the parking around the house and whole city
