Cottage Коттеджи с балконом

La maison est très bien située : le bus municipal s'arrête juste devant la maison et la plage est à 3 minutes à pieds. L'ambiance est vraiment agréable dans l'ensemble de l'établissement. Une grande cuisine et un lieu de partage à l'extérieur à l'ombre et la chambre est très bien conçue. La propriétaire était discrète mais très gentille et attentive.

Находится очень близко от моря, 2-3 минуты, на главной улице, где ходит весь транспорт, городской и межгород, легко добраться до Батуми, до крепости Петра, до Уреки (пляж с черным песком), дендропарк на маршрутках, но при этом не шумное место, рядом магазины, сувенирные, кафе, совсем недалеко парк с аттракционами, набережная. В доме все чисто, доброжелательные хозяева, готовые помочь по всем вопросам, в номере есть холодильник, нет кондиционера, но есть вентилятор, его хватало, чистое постельное белье и полотенца, из принадлежностей только туалетная бумага, все остальное нужно иметь с собой, есть веранда у каждого домика со столом и стульями, в доме гардеробная и просторная ванная комната. Понятно, что это не полноценные дома, а летние домики, но нам было там комфортно

Общая кухня, это было не всегда удобно, так как продукты приходилось носить из своего холодильника, но к этому можно привыкнуть, были перебои с вайфаем из-за перегрузок

The hosts are amazing, super friendly and helpful, they were always there for us - offering extra blankets (we got unlucky with the weather), coffee, fruits from the tree, giving advice on anything we needed, even driving us to the market and the bank on the first day. The wooden cottages are clean and cosy, with the country vibe, 2 minutes walk from the beach and all the restaurants and shops. The parking inside the yard is also very convenient and can accommodate several vehicles.

The only downside for me as a light sleeper was the proximity of neighbours and their sounds, though again the owners did all they could to help minimise the noise. But high season in the area gets loud and still the cottages are in one of the quitest locations in Kobuleti and it's definitely much quieter than Batumi.

Location was perfect, roomy, cleanness, hospitality, helpful staff. Cottage with Balcony has an excellent location as it’s right across the street from the sea. Chain supermarkets like Daily and Nikora are just a walking distance away. First of all, the cottage room was quite comfortable and clean with attached wardrobe room and bathroom which was spacious. Next, the room was stored with its own refrigerator and a fan which wasn’t even necessary as it was cool in spite of the hot weather outside. The coolness was due to the small, beautiful, shared garden in front of the cottages. The kitchen is shared equipped with all the necessary facilities and it comes with huge open dinning space. Last but not least, the hosts and staff were incredibly helpful with every inquiry anyone had. Overall, this is a great space for family vacation.
