About this farm stay rental

The exposed stone structure of the 19th century farmhouse completely restored faithfully respecting the particularities and typical features of the place, offers the ground floor apartment LA LOGGIA (100 square meters) obtained from the old cellars and stables where you can more enjoy the
fresh environment by its nature with kitchen complete with appliances, Fratino wooden table, armchairs and TV, 3 bedrooms (1 double with added single and sofa bed, another double and another bedroom with 2 singles and bathroom) 2 bathrooms plus an exclusive veranda facing the pool / lake with nearby barbecue. All in private property of 45 ha with garden surrounded by green trees, 6 x 12 illuminated swimming pool, solarium terraces, gazebo and all 5 km from sansepolcro, restaurants, supermarkets and places to visit both nearby and during the day. they reach the most beautiful cities of art in central Italy taking advantage of the maximum freedom that offers accommodation in apartments with kitchen to stay in complete relaxation in the park swimming pool, volleyball, solarium, games for children and fishing opportunities in the nearby lake and river tiber.
