My experience in this hotel could have been great but unfortunately was unexpectedly disappointing. The basic problem was that our room was in the basement, next to the spa facility, the common toilets and the interior parking. Off course none of these information was noted in the description. In addition, the two windows of the room were just in front of the hotel's parking were people and cars were coming and going. No privacy was possible but even changing clothes was complicated. As a solution the hotel manager proposed that we close the curtains and that no room change was possible. The product – service that we bought, for which we came a very long way, did not correspond at all at its description. I find that completely unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. The hotel manager prolonged, our stay in this room out of charge as a compensation. Apart from that, we also had a shocking experience in the hotel's restaurant. In one of our plates we found a thick piece of wood of around 5cm! Although we informed the staff, nobody ever excused for the inconvenience. The staff of the restaurant was occasionally rude with difficulty of understanding basic health problems of its customers. As a result, my feeling leaving from this place, was a that of disappointment.

A beautiful warm chalet Hotel in a great setting. Very nice staff.
