Appartment was very clean and well-equipped. Location is close to the beach, small supermarket is just accross the street, parking space is good, shaded from sun, behind a gate.

During check-in, they wrote down our credit card number and all the details on a piece of paper. This is unacceptable practice of handling credit card information. You need to do full clean-up before leaving the appartement. The agency was threating us with 100 EUR fine for not taking out the trash can upon leaving. 100 EUR for leaving anything in the appartement. 100 EUR for not cleaning up properely. 100 EUR for every hour of late check-out. Or you can pay extra 55 EUR for final clean-up service - so we did, as it was impractical for us to do full clean-up in the morning and return the keys before 9:00 AM. Then we had an incident with the cleaning service. The check-out is at 9, but at 6 AM the cleaning service intruded into our appartement. We were not in the appartement at the time. As we returned we saw the cleaning service started to pack our things (bed sheets, keys, ...) in a bag and started to clean out the appartement. This experience was shocking. We reported it in the AZ Group agency and they denied any complaints, lied straight to our faces that the cleaning service did not touch any of our belongings, refused to speak English with us and referred us only to a Polish/Czech speaking agent that was not competent to handle the complaint. They did not explain why cleaning service entered the room before check-out. They did not offer any satisfaction, not even an apology. Be aware of these practices. Take photos of the state of the appartement when you move in and before you check out. The agency will not hesitate to lie to you about the appartement state and the services.
