Quiet, spacious, great facilities, bikes for us to use, well appointed kitchen.
Gianvito was an excellent host
third bedroom was extremely hot as it had no aircon

No breakfast- no potable tap water.
We loved the pool, the grounds, the fruit trees ( especially cherry trees). We liked the space around us and the peace
Third bedroom was unusable . No wardrobes, drawers and no door on 2nd bedroom, insufficient kitchen items ( no kettle, salad servers, baking trays, pizza oven utensils etc); minuscule dishwasher. Inadequate blankets(needed two to cover a double bed with no tuck in )

Spacious villa with fully equipped kitchen and beautiful garden and pool conveniently located close to Polignano a Mare. The host was lovely. He stocked the house with food and drinks on arrival and even gave us some delicious Italian pastries when we checked out.
