La ubicación, el exterior (pradera, piscina y paisaje), amplitud y tranquilidad del sitio. Mobiliario exterior suficiente.
Mejor la planta baja que la alta en cuanto a mobiliario. Deberían revisar el menaje del hogar en general, especialmente sartenes. Las cerraduras de la puerta principal deben de ser reparadas o cambiadas, muy difícil su funcionamiento.

House is well distributed and location is great.
Overall maintenance of the property was not good enough, not value for money. Basics were there but kitchen and bathrooms were really old with no extras at all. In general the furniture of the house should be a bit more upscale for the value, it is too basic / old.
