Nestled in Shipyard Plantation, this lovely town home is just a short walk to the beach!
The floor plan of this special 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath town home has been renovated to open up the kitchen, dining and living areas on the 1st floor, providing a spacious great room feel. New hardwood-look tiled floors cover the entry foyer, kitchen and dining area which passes a convenient powder room before opening to the spacious dining/living room. The formal dining area has a round glass-topped table with 4 chairs. The adjoining living room features plenty of comfortable seating with a sleeper sofa, two loveseats, as well as a wall-mounted TV, a closet with a built-in wet bar, and 2 large slider doors to a covered screened in deck with landscape and pool views.
Behind the dining area is the updated galley-style kitchen with new wood cabinets, granite counter tops, and a breakfast nook for 2 with a door to the service area.

We loved staying at 704 Tennismaster. It was extremely quiet and relaxing. There was some construction next door but we didn’t hear them at all. Our only complaint was that the pool was not open to swim in (not that we would, it was chilly on a couple of days). We will be returning here soon. Love the location and the place!

We enjoyed our stay and would consider staying again for a short term rental. Property was well cared for and location to pool and beach were great. Our only negative - and this is a personal preference is the first floor - kitchen and living area were very dark. Needed to have lights on all the time. We prefer a bright sunny environment. Otherwise really good rental choice

704 Tennismaster was perfect for our quick, fast Labor Day weekend getaway. It was clean, furnished, and in a great location.

Two comments about the staff and then I will address 704 Tennismaster. First, Robin gets a gold star for solving the problem with the Wi-Fi password. Apparently the owner or a relative stayed at the unit in the last week of May and changed the Wi-Fi password without notifying Island Getaway or leaving the new password in the unit. Robin was able to track the owner down and obtain the new password. Her actions are commendable. Second, I appreciate the prompt response to the maintenance issues, such as the inoperable garbage disposal. This problem was fixed on the same day that I notified Island Getaway.
As for the unit, I commend the photographer because the photographs on your website make the unit appear much better than when seeing it in person. There are appliances, such as the washer/dryer and some kitchen appliances that date from the 1980s. The renovation was partial, thus there are bathroom lights and rusted door hinges that should have been replaced. The furnishings are cheap, such as the mattresses
