The room I was given was comfortable and tidy. It was not spotless but had been cleaned recently. The bed was comfortable and I can't fault the hospitality. The staff was helpful and respectful. The waffles at breakfast were delicious. I would stay there again if I travel through the area.

Rooms were clean, smelled a little stale. Not great lighting, but great bathroom, clean and great pressure from the shower.
Front desk individuals to rest of the staff were polite and welcoming!

Due to renovations at my home and having to be out for 36 hours i booked and paid for a room in advance. When I arrived and checked in I was told they had a policy of NOT renting to local residents, I explained why I had booked a room and after some time and consulting the Manager they allowed me to check in. Their policy was not mentioned when I booked the room and had I known I would have booked elsewhere. They need to clearly mention this policy up front when booking OR get rid of it because it makes no sense anyway. Local residents have as many valid reasons to rent a hotel room as non-locals.
I know this is an Econo Lodge and I had no expectation that it would be 5 star accommodations, I did expect they would have heat in the rooms. There was no thermostat to control the temperature and clearly they were Econo-mizing by only providing minimal heat into tge rooms. On the plus side I had no need for a mini fridge - there wasn't one in the room - because it was so cold the food and drinks I had were kept chilled in the room. I will definitely NOT be booking here because I'm apparently not welcome and I wont be booking at any Econo Lodge because I dont want to spend another night shivering.
