Het uitzicht op de bovenste etage. Fijn dat er een airco in de woonkamer was. Heel erg fijn communiceren met de gastheer er was veel flexibiliteit.

De hygiëne. De oven was vies, het aanrecht niet schoon en de schappen van de kleding kasten waren ook vuil. De gezellige sfeerlampjes in de woonkamer deden het ook niet meer. Als er net wat meer oog voor details zou zijn dan zou het een heel goed appartement zijn!

Everything was great! New building. In the center of the city. Private parking included. Elevator. Fast internet. All utilities needed were available for long stay (8 nights). Numerus restaurants and markets in 1-2 minutes of walking. At the same time very quite. Just gorgeous view on the High Tatras from the apartment. Great heating in winter. We were a family of 2+2 and there was sufficient space for everyone. Amazing.

It's only my personal preference, but I like when bed sheets are fully from cotton.

Clean, comfortable, great views & would definately stay there again.

For such a well equipped kitchen there was no dishwasher.

Dealing with the owners is difficult. If you don't have any problems, you will likely have an excellent stay. But if anything goes wrong... When we checked out my wife left her phone in the apartment. Our mistake. We had left the keys inside, as instructed, so we couldn't get back in. But we knew from the description of the apartment that someone would come to check that we had left the 15 euros city tax and to let us out (the building is gated and you need a key). When we didn't see anyone we called the contact number. Jana, who was kind and responsive, told us nobody was in the city at all, and we'd have to wait until 5pm before anyone could let us back in. That meant my wife had to stay behind and buy another ticket out of Poprad by herself. Later they asked for 30 euros to give the phone back, which obviously my wife had to pay, but it felt unfair.
