PLEASE READ: Shawnee Village Resort Guest have golf privileges upon paying typical Green Fees. The large white structure with the red tile roof adjacent to the river and wrapped by the golf course is in part the golf Club House/Pro Shop -and- the Shawnee Inn. Golfers have access to and in the Club House/Pro Shop. None of the Condos we are advertising are inside of, or part of the Shawnee Inn structure. All guest can enjoy all surrounding areas within the hundreds of acres that encompass the wilderness and Delaware River all around Shawnee Village Resort & the Shawnee Inn.
I can accept a 1-night stay for a weekend night if the date is within 2-days. Otherwise, Friday or Saturday nights are a mandatory 2-night minimum stay meaning: Thursday/Friday, Friday/Saturday, or Saturday/Sunday.
Front desk hours: 7am to 11pm. If you plan on arriving at the resort outside of these hours, you should contact the resort to make alternative check-in arrangements prior to arrival.
The Resort maintains a high standard through its maintenance, upgrade, and refurbishment program. As a result the unit characteristics may change from time to time and vary.
At check-in, the resort Front Desk requires a $250 security deposit HOLD on a credit or debit card for potential damages. This HOLD will be released upon departure.
ABSOLUTELY NO PETS ALLOWED! If you have a service animal, you must let us know in writing prior to booking.

The location is perfect for a peaceful getaway. Unfortunately we had issues with guest across the way but we did not let this ruin our work/getaway weekend! The house was very nice. We had a fire burning in the fireplace and enjoyed cooking and eating together in the large dining/kitchen area. Wyndham manages this property VERY WELL!!! They also have security that constantly is present on the property.

This property is great when you visit with family and children. Great location and great amenities. It is spacious and was comfortable for 4 adults. The check in process was painful. Even though check in was specified as 4pm they said it would take another 30 to 45 minutes. Then we were given another property. As it is the checkout is 10am. There are four or five different fees which add up to quite a bit. This may not be worth it if you stay for two or three days but ok if staying for a week. The kitchen is minimally and sparsely equipped. They also provided some condiments to get started. It also had a musty smell and some cooking smell left behind.
The mini golf was wonderful. The property owner responded quickly to the questions.
