The Alexander in Miami Beach offers luxury vacation rentals directly on the beach. If the unit you selected is already booked and dates show as unavailable, please inquire as we may have other comparable units available.
Located at 5225 Collins Avenue in the South of Mid Beach directly on the beach this location is recognized for its intimacy, charm, and direct access to the beach. It is the perfect spot for singles or families, is safe and friendly. We are less than 3 miles to the center of South Beach. Local activities include delicious eateries, fine dining, tourist attractions and night life. The beach and boardwalk are just steps away from our pool area where we have two heated pools and hot tubs. HORA VACATION RENTALS manages many of the finest units at the Alexander. Apartment 718 at The Alexander (7th floor) is a large 1200 sq ft BRAND NEW beautifully furnished and decorated (in March 2015) 3 to converted 4 bedrooms, 3 bathroom signature apartment with both intracoastal and ocean views. 2 queen beds, 3 adult single twin beds, and a sofa which converts to full size bed and additional rollaway for added sleeping. Includes a 20-ft balcony, full kitchen with side by side refrigerator, oven, microwave, dishwasher, granite counter and double bowl sink, washer/dryer, dining area seats 8, living room and den which converts to a 4th bonus sleeping area. 5 HDTV TV's, cable channels and Wi-Fi. The master bedroom has been divided into two separate smaller rooms. Both of those rooms have queen beds and has its own private bathroom and area for hanging clothes while the second room has queen bed and windows with its own bathroom in the hallway.
Extra guests: Standard rate includes sleeping up to 7 guests, additional guest is $35 per night up to maximum of 9 guests.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. Family of six adults really enjoyed this unit. Nicely renovated and appointed with all the things that make a VRBO stay comfortable - plenty of towels, toilet paper, kitchen ware, paper towels, napkins, Kleenex, shampoo/body wash/conditioner, etc. Host Mark quickly responded to a couple of questions. Complimentary extra hour check-out was great and being able to hang out pool/beach side until our flights was so nice. We saw another 3 bed/3 bath in the complex and ours was hands down nicer in all regards. Terrific location with easy access to the beach and board walk. Instacart available to get groceries with delivery right to the room. Would highly recommend this unit and Hora Vacations.

Our 3bed/3bath VRBO unit was perfect for our group of 7. The heated pools and beach access were wonderful. The only con about the hotel was the freezing hallways when leaving the elevator and getting into the room. Other than that we had a great time!
