Please note: Effective Mar 15, 2014, Low-Speed Vehicle rentals in WaterColor must be made through The Electric Cart Company and will be limited to 30 vehicles throughout the community at any given time. Only one cart may be rented per home, and rentals will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis.

The property has a great location. The home is very beautifully decorated. It does however need some maintenance. All outdoor outlets did not work so we could not charge our golf cart. Very few indoor outlets worked. Lots of dead lightbulbs on the exterior of the home.
The hot water is very very minimal.

167 Dandelion Street is even lovelier than the photos. Having the Carriage House is a real plus to accommodate adults and two toddlers. Some of the electronics were not working, which is the only reason I did not give a 5.0 overall rating.

The house location was amazing - we were able to access all Watercolor facilities with ease and getting to the store and into town was a short bike or golf cart ride. The neighborhood was quiet and the house layout was perfect. The carriage house was a great addition too! A perfect fit for our family!

We chose this house for the space and amenities. Unfortunately the outdoor fire pit didn’t work which was a huge want with the weather, no pool lights for the heated pool we paid extra for, toaster didn’t work and bikes with derailed chains. I get things happen, I have a rental home too. But you can tell when items have been sitting up and not used all winter, this was the case here. Prep your house after winter and get things ready for the summer before you rent it.
