Since there are no other accommodation units in the house besides yours, you can spend your summer vacation in peace and in the company of your loved ones. The owners will not reside in the house during your stay. The house owner is under no obligation to accept additional persons and pets that were not stated in the reservation request and it is necessary to report them in advance.
