The Villa, decorated with Mediterranean style and colours, is in San Montano, a small private bay located 1 km away from Massa Lubrense. The view is stunning both from the interior and from the solarium and terraces outside; guests can admire Capri island and the whole gulf. The distance from Sorrento city center is 7 Km
The property is very close to the sea and it is surrounded by plants, flowerbeds and a small garden.
The two storey villa is over 250 square meters. The outdoor area and the solarium, equipped with deck furniture, shower, barbecue, bar and pizza oven, are 500 square meters large.
There is an inflatable whirlpool in the back garden.
The cost of the final cleaning service amounts to euro 300,00 per week, or per shorter stay.

Bruno was fantastic prior to and during check-in. I cannot say enough about how good they made our experience. Bruno provided contacts for travel, taxi's, people at the Marina, places to shop in the area and in Sorrento. For our Family's first ever visit to Italy, it couldn't have been any better. The House is in immaculate condition, the rooms are spacious and clean, and the view is worth the price of admission. There is a nice public beach not far away, and a Marina with a mini market, and great restaurants within a short 15 min walk along the beach. Can't wait to stay here again! Thank you to Bruno and Mario for making our stay one our family will remember forever.

We had a great time at this property. Plenty of space for our family of 5. Well equipped, great views from the terrace. The bedrooms floor is a bit dated and can use some TLC. Bruno who checked us in reached out 24 hour before arrival to ensure we had the correct location of the house, offered lots of info about the area, tours, etc. He also helped us secure dinner reservations at multiple restaurants during our stay.

The Villa is well designed and nicely decorated. It has beautiful gardens with lovely flowers. Every room has access to decks and ocean views.Mario, the property manager, is super helpful. He called me before the trip and provided me with many suggestions and info. He warned us about a reroute on the way to Sorrento due to flood condition. He picked us up when we were in Massa Lubrense, but could not found the villa. He even fixed sun visor of our rental car. He answered numerous questions promptly during our stay. He was super helpful. We had a wonderful stay thanks to Mario.
