About this house rental

Modern Beautiful Colorado house located on a 1.5 acres, has private driveway, finished walkout basement, home theatre, and plenty of space on 1.5 acre lot for quiet and relaxing stay with your family. Plenty of things to do for kids as well. 50-55" 4k smart TVs thru-out the house. Pictures say a thousand words. This is beautiful Ranch House with fully finished walkout basement for your family to enjoy during your visits to Denver area. Its only 25 mins drive from Downtown Denver and 15-20 mins away from Denver Airport(DIA). This house has a semi rural appeal with white 3 rail fence over a 1.5 acre lot. There a huge backyard patio (3000 sqft), big enough to have weddings there (however weddings & events are not allowed unless you lease the house for 3 months or more at a time) or practice roller skates or play basketball or simply look up at the night sky for meteors while enjoying the fire. There is also a Children's Play-set that with slides, a teeter totter and climbing dome to keep kids entertained throughout the day. What you get: 1st Floor has a huge Living and Dinning room that opens up to a large kitchen with all granite countertops and latest appliances. The Master bedroom and two smaller bedrooms are also on the same level. The Master bed has a kingsize bed and a huge 120 inch screen with projector and surround sound system. You can watch movies or binge watch your favorite series on Netflix as you fall asleep. The Master bedroom has a door to step out on the deck as well and with the east facing window you can see the sun rise up over the horizon. The two other bedrooms have queen beds and each has a large 55" inch TVs with apps . The basement has a huge play room, an office with sofa bed, a large bedroom with two twin beds, and a sound insulated home theater room with recliner sofa and a bean bag that your kids will love. Once you stay at this house, you will not want to leave. You will love the spaciousness and open bright feel along with all the modern conveniences. We provide all the kitchen essentials (Pots, pans, mixing bowls, cutlery, chopping boards, Bakeware, spices, etc) and there are 24/7 grocery super stores just 10 mins away so you can cook a nice meal or breakfast and enjoy the Keurig coffee. Since we have many people that access the house, such as housekeepers, other cleaner's and various contractors we have installed security system monitors all entrances of the house. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 72 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system. We hope this is clearly understood before you book the property. We have had folks who abuse the HVAC system and repairs can be very costly, which will be charged to the guest if they tamper with any thermostat settings. All Bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are replaced after every stay and cleaned by professional laundry service as well. We do not provide extra linen and blankets for additional guests above 8 people who would be using the sofa beds. Please bring additional Linen if you have more than 8 people. We allow a maximum of 10 people per booking and Prices vary when you have larger number of guests. Please note, the owners prefer no pets, however if someone absolutely needs to bring their pet, there will be a pet fees. Pet owners must pick up pet droppings from the yard, also note this house has a huge yard. We will send you check in information few days before your arrival. The neighborhood is great and you will hardly ever see neighbors as the lots are huge and distance between the house is huge. DIA is about 20 mins drive if you take e470 from Quebec ave exit. Downtown Denver is about 25-40 mins drive, Boulder is 30 mins drive, Longmont is about 30mins drive as well. Please select correct number of people for accurate pricing. Pricing varies based on the size of the group. We have priced to house low so small family of 3 people can also afford to rent this house. We do not allows get togethers or events where you will have visitors who are not part of the reservation. There are zoning restrictions and this house is meant for purely residential purpose. You can enjoy Amazon and other free content on most of the TVs and in theater room. Kindly turn off the projectors when not in use, the bulb has a limited lifespan and may burnt out. To use the basement theater, Try Saying " Alexa! Turn on/off the TV" You can then use the white project remote to navigate or select menu items. There is a 24/7 Kingsoopers and Walmart grocery store about 7 mins away, Costco about 10 mins away, Walgreens, Starbucks, and many other restaurants can be found within 5-10 miles of the house. The Orchard mall or Denver Premium outlet mall area is a great place to spend time. Kids will love the mini train ride and the play area there and also there are plenty of restaurants, an AMC Theatre, Top Golf, Summit Bowling alley etc and is only 15 mins from the house. Marco's Pizza is also favorite among our guests. Thermostat should NOT be set any lower than 71F else it will freeze due to humidity and you will not have any cold air coming thru the vents. If that happens there will be an addition charge for technician visits and it will be tremendous inconvenience for your family especially in hot summer months. To ensure good experience for folks who checkin after you, please ensure before Checking-out that all the dishes and cookware you used are cleaned or loaded in the dishwasher and please make sure dishwasher is started. All kitchen items should be back where they belong, any remaining items used on the morning of checkout can be left in the dishwasher load. All Blu-rays are in their covers, All the TVs & Fans have their remotes placed where they belong. All fans and lights are turned off. All doors and windows are secured. We also request guests to roll out trash cans on Sundays evenings and roll them back in on Monday evening if you are staying those days of the week. Please note we have 3 trash cans and one recycling can. Also Kindly inform us when you checkout. General Note for all guests: We do not allow any events in the house where you will have local visitors who are not part of the reservation. Kindly make sure there is no loud noise especially after 5.00pm. Basically please try not to attract attention from neighbors as it will only result in problems, some immediate neighbors do not like us renting the house to short term guests and are looking for excuses to shut us down. We sincerely appreciate your cooperation.
